The Role
We are looking for an Illustrator/Graphic Designer, a creative and motivated individual with a solid foundation in graphic design and illustration, eager to grow within a dynamic and design-focused environment. In this role, you will work alongside the team to create graphic materials, packaging, and visual concepts for communication campaigns.

The Role
We are looking for a skilled, proactive, and enthusiastic Community & CRM Specialist.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience and supporting the operations of our e-commerce platform and CRM flows. Working closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Logistics teams, you will contribute directly to the growth of the e-commerce channel and the continuous improvement of the Customer Experience for our global community.
What You'll Do
- Managing customer requests via email and the e-commerce platform (Zendesk, Shopify, etc.).
- Managing and monitoring online reviews (Trustpilot).
- Promptly resolving issues related to orders, shipments, returns, and products.
- Monitoring and continuously improving customer experience and service satisfaction KPIs.
- Supporting the management and review of CRM flows in Klaviyo (understanding triggers, Shopify events, and content personalization).

The Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce Customer Care, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands, or environments handling high ticket volumes and international clientele.
You will independently manage a significant share of daily inquiries, including complex cases, combining hands-on operations with a holistic view of the service. You will contribute to process optimization, as well as the enhancement of chatbots and AI agents, turning data and feedback into actionable insights to elevate the Customer Experience.
What You Will Do
- Manage customer inquiries via email and support platforms regarding orders, shipping, returns, products, and warranties, prioritizing tickets based on urgency, age, and SLAs.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Marketing, and Sales to follow up on cases requiring shared intervention through to resolution.
- Manage online reviews, including those on Trustpilot, and act upon customer feedback.
- Analyze tickets, reviews, and KPIs to identify recurring issues and propose concrete improvements to the Customer Experience.
- Update procedures, macros, knowledge bases, and workflows to make customer support simpler, more consistent, and more effective.
- Test and optimize chatbots, Sales Agents, and internal AI agents supporting customer support reps, collaborating with technical teams to ensure answer accuracy, brand consistency, and smooth handoff to human support.
- Collaborate with Brand and Digital teams on complementary tasks such as copywriting, proofreading, translations, and user-generated content (UGC).
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce Customer Care, with direct experience handling high ticket volumes and seasonal peaks.
- Solid knowledge of Zendesk or similar support platforms, including automations and reporting.
- Autonomy in managing complex cases and the ability to balance productivity, quality, and priorities.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable improvement proposals.
